Wind the Rotor
Use your thumbs to roll the inner sphere in the direction of the arrows until you feel firm resistance.
Release and Rotate
Quickly let go of the rotor and immediately start making small, smooth circles with your wrist to catch the momentum.
Wrist Strength
Wrap your entire hand securely around the ball. Rotate your wrist rapidly to maximize gyroscopic resistance for your wrist and forearm.
Finger Strength
Hold the spinning ball using only your fingertips. This targeted grip isolates and builds finger and pinch strength.
