1. Return & Replacement Policy
Prepaid Orders
Return requests for prepaid orders must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Once approved and verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Return or replacement requests for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Refunds for COD orders will not be transferred to bank accounts. Approved returns for COD orders will be issued in the form of a Brand Credit Note, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be unused and in its original condition. All tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories must remain intact. The product must not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, tampering, or alteration after delivery. A valid proof of purchase in the form of an Order ID is required. Product images and/or an unboxing video may be requested for verification purposes.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or replacements may not be accepted if the request is raised after the specified period. Requests may also be rejected if the product has been damaged due to improper handling by the customer, returned without its original packaging, or if the item has been marked as non-returnable or final sale. Products showing signs of usage, tampering, or alteration, as well as returns sent without prior approval from Buddhaji, shall not be accepted.
4. Return Request Process
To initiate a return or replacement request, customers must contact our support team and provide their Order ID, relevant product images or an unboxing video, and the reason for the return or replacement. Our team will review the request and respond within 24 to 48 business hours.
5. Refund & Credit Processing
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved. For COD orders, approved returns will be compensated through a Brand Credit Note. Refunds or credits may take 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval. Shipping charges paid during order placement are non-refundable.
6. Shipping & Handling
Reverse pickup services are subject to availability in the customer's location. If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
For all approved customer-initiated returns, a return shipping and handling fee of ₹200 shall be borne by the customer. This amount may be deducted from the refund amount or collected separately, as determined by the Company.
In cases where the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Buddhaji shall bear the return shipping charges and provide a replacement or refund after verification.
7. Important Information
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Buddhaji reserves the right to approve or reject any return, replacement, or refund request after inspection and verification. By placing an order on our website, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy, including the applicable return shipping charges. Buddhaji reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
